We will process your request and when approved, we will email you your prepaid return label for domestic orders. Once your return has been received, we will issue your credit to the account used to purchase the item(s).  

For exchanges, we will send you the return label and simultaneously dispatch your new items. To avoid being charged for them, please ensure returned items are back to us within 30 days .
