Please note that this request is for a shopping appointment with a team member for any of our fine jewelry pieces. We are happy to help you determine your best fit, style, and finish from our "Ready To Ship" or "Made to Order" collections and walk you through the ordering process. Please note that most "Made to Order" items are fulfilled within 4 - 6 weeks of order.

Looking to create a bespoke piece with our designer? 

You may be more suited for a custom appointment if you are interested in creating a completely new piece, using loose stones, resetting family heirlooms  or customizing something from our collection. Please complete our Custom Questionnaire for us to learn more about your ideal piece and schedule you a custom appointment with our designer.

Once you have selected your date and time, we will issue an invoice for $25, which will be applied to your purchase. Your appointment will be secured upon payment, and you will receive a calendar appointment as confirmation.


If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at [email protected]. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, or you will lose your $25 deposit. Rescheduling will be handled via email.
