Equipment Rentals

Disclaimer and Release of Liability

By renting Equipment from Restore Trading LLC (Brand name Restore Fitness), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Condition of Equipment:

You acknowledge that you have examined the equipment when received for rental, and found it to be sound and in good working condition.

You agree to return the equipment in the same condition that you received it, excluding normal wear and tear.

Use of Equipment:

You agree to use the equipment only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the provided instructions and guidelines.

You will not modify or alter the equipment in any way.

By using the equipment, you are accepting any and all risks associated with their use and you expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use the equipment is at your sole risk.

Indemnification and Release of Liability:

You agree to indemnify and hold Restore Trading LLC, our directors, officers, interns, agents, or suppliers harmless from any direct or indirect claims, damages of any kind, losses, liability, injury or costs arising out of the improper or unauthorized use of any of our equipment, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of any of our products

This release of liability extends to any injury, damage, or loss, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Rental Period and Fees:

You agree to pay all rental fees and any applicable charges as outlined in the rental agreement, and to return the equipment at the end of the rental period.

Damages and Loss:

You are responsible for any damage to or loss of the equipment during the rental period.

In the event of damage or loss, you agree to pay the full repair or replacement cost of the equipment.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Restore Trading LLC operates.

By submitting, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Disclaimer and Release of Liability, and you agree to be bound by its terms.
