I confirm that I will advise the retailer and Home Flatpack directly in writing if the number of boxes delivered and signed for is less than that stated by the retailer. If on arrival, the installer finds there is a missing box, I will be liable to pay a £35 attendance fee (100% of this fee goes direct to the installer). *

I am aware that completion of this form is for the installation only. The delivery dates are dealt with by your retailer. This is just to prevent disappointment when our installers arrive on the day. *
