Welcome to our Custom Order page. We look forward to receiving your custom order request and once you submit it, expect an email from our team within 24-48 hours. We will review the request and image(s) uploaded and reach out to confirm your order. We will also provide a sample to ensure that we're on the right track with your request. Turnaround time for individual orders vary from 5-10 business days, depending on the request, availability of inventory, and order volume. For bulk orders (9+ of the same product), please add "wholesale inquiry" in your description box below. Shipping and fulfillment times for bulk orders will vary on a case-by-case basis. For DTF and DTG custom printed products, please ensure that your file has a transparent background (Files accepted: .png, .jpg). For Custom Embroidery orders, we will work to digitize the files we receive. However, for best results, try to submit a .dst, for compatibility and quality purposes.
