This Consent Form is valid for all products submitted to Enyo Living by the brand/vendor.

I authorise Enyo Living to use all provided data through the Exclusive Partner portal of Enyo Living, including my brand/vendor name and uploaded images to be published online on www.enyoliving.com. Enyo Living is given permission to modify the wording of product descriptions or edit uploaded images to make the products more appealing to the shopper.

I herewith give permission to Enyo Living to use all information provided regarding my products, like product name, dimensions, functions and imagery for commercial and marketing purposes in connection with the Enyo Living logo publicly. Enyo Living will take measures to ensure and to maintain an accurate presentation of the vendor's name/logo in all the beforementioned instances.

I, the artisan/vendor, give Enyo Living the mandate to act as intermediary between me and the customer regarding all purchases made through the website www.enyoliving.com . In these cases, Enyo Living is therefore guaranteed the sole right to direct interactions with the customer in order to assure on-brand communication, unless explicitly requested by Enyo Living otherwise.

Regarding the delivery of the items produced by me, the artisan/vendor, I pledge to cooperate with Enyo Living and facilitate the delivery process by assisting with finding adequate means of transport (drivers and vehicles) close to the location of my production site /shop/warehouse and enabling direct contact with the driver and Enyo Living, if requested. I also assure professional packaging of the item(s) to prevent damage such as scratches and breakages. I understand, that I remain responsible in case the item would be damaged during delivery due to failure in providing adequate packaging. I also understand that the direct communication regarding the delivery of the products will be solely held between Enyo Living and the customer unless explicitly requested otherwise.

I authorise Enyo Living to sell and collect payment for my products through the online shop www.enyoliving.com with an increase of up to 15% commision for Enyo Living to the price set from me, the vendor/artisan.

I herewith agree to receive the payout of all my products sold within one month, in an accumulated sum by the end of each month. In case of circumstances beyond Enyo living's control, Enyo Living will strive to make due payment within the next 30 days. Enyo Living has the right to retain its 15% commission per product based on the set price by the vendor/artisan.

I agree to refrain from using any promotional activities (on social media or any other means) conducted by Enyo Living to solicit customers to purchase products directly from me. This includes refraining from giving out any contact information or suggesting to purchase directly from the vendor rather than from www.enyoliving.com in response to social media posts or any similar action.

Sharing social media posts of Enyo Living is of course encouraged as long as the above-mentioned conditions are respected.

The overall responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of the products remains with the artisan/vendor. This includes compliance with the provided product information to Enyo Living, including the transmitted image material, with regard to dimensions, appearance and function. Enyo Living cannot be held accountable for the manufacturer's legal or procedural non-compliance.

The artisan/vendor agrees to be part of an internal evaluation scheme as well as customer reviews, assessing the compliance with promised quality and timely delivery as well as responsiveness and reliability of the artisan/vendor.

Enyo Living reserves the right to decide which products will be published on www.enyoliving.com and to take down the vendor's products should he/she not comply with the terms of the agreement.
